The plates were photographed on one of Metropolitan Cafe’s unique copper top tables, against an bare brick wall background. The concept was to present the food in the restaurant’s uniquely designed interior space and from an “as you look at it perspective. This creates a more personal presentation so restaurant patrons can readily imagine the food aroma and taste.
